Hi Selle and Dyoks,
I am a bride-to-be and thus I am here searching for all wedding-related articles and stuff. I find your blog really useful especially that my fiancee and I are also “economical persons” and we are also planning to have it held in Tagaytay. In fact, we will be giving our dp already at Lourdes Church next week on a March 2009 wedding (talk about being excited). Hehe.
We also found about this “secret garden” of Deedee! I found out from your posts that you also had your reception there. We had an ocular already and got the chance to meet the owner (she’s really mabait and pleasant btw). However, I hope you don’t mind answering a few questions I have:
1. I have 150 guests. Honestly, kakasya ba kami? We might have a good deal on the venue coz it’s a lot cheaper, kaya lang ayoko naman yung guests ko eh tipong human traffic. We’re planning to utilize only the upper garden for reception. Yung lower garden sana for registration and cocktails. Is this possible for 150 guests???
2. Dahil sa posts nyo, I’m seriously considering Kaye Cunanan to cater. Is she really good? Well, obvious naman from your comments. But how about her rates? Baka naman skyrocketing na tipong di naman kaya ma afford. Lalagpas ba ng 1k per plate?
3. Did you hire a musician? Did you have an AVP? If yes, saan nyo pa nilagay ang mga ito, provided hindi ganon kalaki ang place?
4. For photo/video, na inspire di naman ako sa mga comments nyo about Fol Rana. Nagvivideo din ba sya? And of course, any idea about his rates would be appreciated.
